Which AI video model should I choose?

Can I use generated videos commercially?
Yes. All paid plans include commercial usage rights for the videos you generate. Free credits are for evaluation only.
How long does video generation take?
Most clips finish in 2–5 minutes depending on the model, duration, and current queue depth. You'll see live progress in the task indicator while the video is rendering.
What video lengths and aspect ratios are supported?
Each model supports different durations and aspect ratios. Common options include 4–12 second clips at 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, and 21:9, with resolution up to 1080p. The format pill in the generator shows what each model accepts.
Can I generate videos from images?
Yes. Switch to Image to Video in the generator and paste a reference image URL or upload one. Most models accept up to 9 reference images for stronger style guidance.
Will my videos have a watermark?
No. Zelvune does not add a watermark to generated videos on any plan, including free.
How do credits work?
Each generation consumes credits based on the model and the selected duration. Failed generations refund automatically. Monthly and yearly credits never expire while your plan is active.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings at any time. You'll keep access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.
What should I do if generation fails?
Failed generations refund credits automatically. You can retry the same prompt, switch models, or shorten the duration. The error message in the task panel explains the cause.
